According to legend, once during Wanli period of Ming Dynasty, people gathered around the river to pray for rain because this place had been in drought for a long time. All of a sudden, an old man with white hair and ruddy complexion passed by and asked them to worship the heaven here (in front of the company). Just after the worship, it began to rain cats and dogs before they had time to collect the sacrifice. From then on, people call this place “Pray-For-Rain Mountain”......
